There are better ways to help people living with disease, family conflict, addiction, disability, or educational hardship. Rather than focusing on problems, deficits, and barriers, we work as a collaborative network to continuously turn these negative approaches around and leverage the models of success from multiple service systems (e.g., substance abuse, homeless, suicide prevention, juvenile justice/criminal justice, primary health care, family reunification, disabilities/vocational rehabilitation, and HIV/AIDS outreach, testing, and treatment initiatives).
Join us in celebrating the achievements of those who are making a difference!
